How it works
- Send the complete quote. Email a copy of the actual quote from an authorized U.S. Stages Cycling dealer or distributor to sales@indoorcyclepros.com. Include every page and all terms, not just the bike-price line or a screenshot of an advertised price.
- We review the complete offer. The quote needs to identify the dealer and show the bike models, quantities, itemized prices, additional products and services, delivery, assembly, fees, discounts and terms.
- Receive your ICP offer. Once we verify that the Stages bike quote qualifies, we’ll beat the price and explain the details before you purchase.
What qualifies
- A complete copy of an actual quote from an authorized U.S. Stages Cycling dealer or distributor, with all pages and terms.
- The quote must be dated within the last 30 days and still valid.
- An advertised price or a partial quote doesn’t qualify.
Why we need the full quote
The bike price is only one part of an order. Delivery, assembly, accessories, fees and discounts can change the overall cost. We review the bike pricing in the context of the full order, including other products, charges and discounts, rather than relying on a single price that may not reflect the full purchase.
ICP’s Better Price Promise applies to the qualifying Stages bike price. Reviewing other items and services does not mean we promise to beat the price of every item in a bundled order.

We need to understand what is included and how the order is priced, not just the amount shown next to the bike.
Can I send an advertised price or part of a quote?
No. We need the actual, complete quote from an authorized U.S. Stages Cycling dealer or distributor, including all pages and terms. An advertised listing, cropped screenshot or bike-price excerpt alone doesn’t qualify.
Does the promise cover every item in the quote?
No. The promise applies to the qualifying Stages bike price. Other items and services provide context for our review; they are not a promise to beat unrelated products or every line item.
